This system combines CNC Punching and CNC Bending in the same automatic system. Hole locations in addition to the bend profile are CNC programmable.
The video shows 1-1/2" x 3" structural tubes automatically fed to a CNC Punching Station, then transferred to a 3-Tool Stack CNC Rotary Draw Bender. Please note that all holes are punched prior to bending.
The System also alternately produces RH/LH frames.
