6061 T-6 Aluminum Extruded I-Beam bent under CNC control. Due to T-6 temper, the rate of material spring-back varied from part to part. This bender automatically measured the bends, and rebent [or unbent] the I-Beam until the bends were within tolerance.

Production rate is 60 per hour.
